What is good for the goose...wonder if this applies to Israel's policy towards Palestinian terrorism: Bush outlines first-strike doctrine.
The Bush administration released a report Friday outlining an aggressive national security policy that says the United States must adapt its forces and planning toward favoring pre-emptive action against terrorist groups and hostile states that possess or are developing weapons of mass destruction.
Hmmm...interesting...then read this paragraph, replace "America" and "United States" with "Israel, and replace "world" with "region".
"This strategy states that the safety and security of America is the first and fundamental commitment of our government. America must always stand for and protect the universal values on which it was founded. [...] the United States will use its position of strength and influence in the world to defend, preserve and extend the peace."
There goes the neighborhood: IDF finishes demolishing most of Arafat's Ramallah HQ
Poor Yasser, he may have to dip into his personal $1.2B to build himself a shack. Or most likely, he will get the EU to send him a few hundred million $, keep most of him for himself, give a bit to his cronies and exploding little friends and then with whatever is left, he will build a small office to show the world how modest his lifestyle is for an "elected" president. As you can tell, I am really upset at the fact that his terrorists' nest compound has been leveled.
Sonntag Award this week goes to...the EU which declared that "Force cannot defeat force" when referring to Israel's reaction to the two genocide bombings it suffered during the last two days.
Memo to the EU: Force always defeats force. When force is used and some force opposes it, one of the forces usually wins. It may take time but one of them always wins. In case the EU forgot...the Allied force defeated the Nazi force. The Coalition Force defeated the Iraqi force during the Gulf War, etc...and, hopefully, the Israeli force will eventually wipe out, demolish, annihilate, crush and destroy the Palestinian Terrorist force. And the world will be a far better place for it.

Is Arafat finally on his way to exile?
Unconfirmed reports state that the Israeli Emergency Cabinet has been discussing the possibility or finally removing Arafat from Ramallah and from the PA altogether. I understand Saddam is looking for someone to hug right now...even his Arab "brothers" are all over him, poor devil.
Then today, as reprisals for the 2 latest genocide bombings, Arafat's compound is surrounded by Israeli tanks and armed personnel carriers, including some used to physically round up and detain prisoners.
Turn out the light...the party is over...

Update: Arafat to be isolated.
Well that was pretty effective last time...so let's try this little game again.
What is the Israeli Government thinking. Have we not gone down this road before...and what do the Israelis have to show for it?
Reuters does it again
Read this report from Nidal Al-Mughrabi (Reuters) about the latest Palestinian genocide bombing.
Nidal writes: "The Palestinian Authority condemned a suicide bombing that killed at least five people in central Tel Aviv on Thursday and denounced all attacks on Palestinian or Israeli civilians."
Here is what the Palestinian Authority said: "The Tel Aviv attack and all other attacks against civilians completely contradict the (Palestinian) national interests and give (Israeli Prime Minister Ariel) Sharon and his government and his occupation army sufficient pretext to kill and to suppress".
Can't Nidal read or, perish the thought, is he biased as he "analyzes" the PA declaration?
The PA said that the attack was bad, not because it once again shows that Palestinians routinely resort to crimes against humanity and boast about it, but rather because a) it is against Palestinians' best interest, and b) it gives Sharon a sufficient pretext blah blah blah.
Which part did you miss Nidal? Or were you ordered to toe the party line by the apologists and terrorist supporters management team at Reuters?
Arafat's terrorist kills 5 in another genocide bus bombing in Tel Aviv
Making sure that his record of ensuring that 100% of all peace attempts in the Middle East remains unblemished, Arafat's and his mass murderer friends shattered the relative calm which had been prevailing over the last 6 weeks by slaughtering a few more Jews. This comes on the heals of a failed genocide bombing yesterday which "only" killed one Israeli policeman who had confronted the bomber as he prepared to board a bus.
Can you hear it now...here is what we can expect Arafat to dribble in English: "we condemn all violence against Israeli and Palestinian civilians".
Now, Arafat in Arabic: "The occupied parched land of the Palestinian people is thirsty for more Jewish blood. In the name of Allah, may 1000 martyrs be glorified".
Here we go again.....

At least 5 dead in Tel Aviv terror attack

TEL AVIV, Israel (CNN) -- A suicide bomber set off a blast on a crowded city bus in downtown Tel Aviv on Thursday, killing at least five Israelis, according to police.

It was the second terror attack in Israel in two days, after six weeks without any bombings. "A bus just blew up in front of my eyes," said CNN sound engineer Michael Harris, who was near the scene. He described the blast as "enormous." Ambulance services said at least 60 people had been wounded. At least five of them were reported to be in serious condition. The bomber was killed, police said.

Hypocrites!
Concordia extends ban on political displays

MONTREAL - The Board of Governors at Montreal's Concordia University has extended the ban on speeches, rallies and exhibits about the Middle East until Dec. 15.
This, of course, does not apply to the Arabs from Concordia, who had a nice little SPHR (Solidarity with Palestinian Human Rights) display set up in the main entrance of the university yesterday and today.

Someone detonated an explosive device in a Palestinian school. Five children were injured.
Using the Jean Cretin doctrine, surely those who perpetrated this terrorist act must have been pushed to this extreme by poverty. So then, it cannot be Jewish settlers who usually are OK financially, right? So it must be the Palestinians given that we know how little they have, how all the children go hungry, etc...
This is the kind of screwed up logic which invariably results from this liberal nonsense of always trying to rationalize any event in terms of "why was anyone motivated to do this? Why did they think that this was their only way of expressing themselves?
In fact, there is no justification for this act. If settlers did it, let them hang. If Palestinians did it in order to get world sympathy, hang them.
Sitting here awake at 3:30a.m......this is what I come up with

Sometimes, the similarities between real life and The Onion, America's #1 satirical news source, are truly frightening and hilarious all at once. Case in point:

The Onion published this article a few months back:

Crazed Palestinian Gunmen Angered by Stereotypes
HEBRON, WEST BANKā€”In an emotionally charged press conference Monday, crazed Palestinian gunman Faisal al Hamad expressed frustration over the stereotyping of his people. "As a crazed Palestinian gunman, I feel hurt by the negative portrayal of my people in the media," said al Hamad, 31, a Hebron-area terrorist maniac. Al Hamad said that he himself has often been unfairly stereotyped. "Any time I enter a crowded temple with fully loaded AK-47s in both hands, people just assume I'm going to open fire," he said. "That really hurts."

Today, CNN published this...

Terror scare men: 'We want our dignity back'
MIAMI, Florida (CNN) -- Three medical students -- the focus of a terrorism scare on a Florida interstate last Friday -- said public prejudice against Muslim Americans is more responsible for igniting a fear that they could be terrorists than anything they might have said.

"We're here to make it clear to the public that we want our dignity back," Ayman Gheith, 27, said Monday on CNN's "Larry King Live."

If you've ever....
A cool blog called Idiotarian.com posted this a while ago. It comes from Little Green Footballs and I'm convinced it was written with McGill and Concordia students in mind. Enjoy!

If you've ever come to a protest without your clothes...
If you spell America with K's while writing in English...
If you think the United Nations is a bona fide governing body...
If you believe that the U.S. deserved to be attacked on 9/11 for its policies around the globe...
If you believe that Zionism is a form of racism...
If your main form of protest is destruction of property...
If you actually used the phrase "coming home to roost" in the past year...
If you think that a "global corporation" is evil by definition...
If you believe that "all property is theft"...
If you refer to Noam Chomsky as a "dissident"...
If you think that the proper response to terrorism is to "understand" the "root causes" of "Muslim discontent"...
If you think that the U.S. is a terrorist state...
If you think that Israel is a colonial power...
If you think that "world peace" will be accomplished by happy songs and "anti-war resolutions"...
If you honestly think that there is no connnection whatsoever between Islam and terrorism...
If you are a member of any organization with "Socialist," "Communist," "Marxist," "Leninist," "Aryan," or "Revolutionary Council" in its title...
If you seriously believe that there is a "corporate ruling class"...
If you think all cultures are equivalent, and there is no moral difference between the U.S. and Saudi Arabia...
If you are convinced that some six million J-E-W-S are in control of the United States, a nation of 280 million people...
If your primary form of protest involves large puppets...
If you would rather watch people starve than let them eat genetically modified "Frankenfoods"...
If you have ever harmed people in order to protest testing on animals...
If you believe that the post-9/11 appearance of American flags is a sign of "jingoism"...
If you have ever worn sheets in public, and it wasn't Halloween...

If you really think that the 9/11 attacks were God's punishment for our "deviant ways"...
If you refer to terrorists strictly as "militants" or "activists"...

...You might be an idiotarian
